Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the item and warehouse. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days, and a few items sourced from overseas partners can take a little longer. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@shopeveez.com and we will sort it out fast.

Where do you ship from?

We work with a network of warehouses to keep prices fair and selection wide. Most items ship from domestic warehouses, and some specialty pieces ship from overseas partners. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

Fitment & Compatibility

Will this accessory fit my Tesla?

Every product page lists the exact models it fits, right in the description and the Fits line. If you are unsure, email us your model and year at support@shopeveez.com and we will confirm before you buy.

Do your accessories fit the 2025 Model Y Juniper and Model 3 Highland?

Many do, but the recent refreshes changed bumpers, trim, and some dimensions. We clearly label Juniper and Highland compatibility on every listing, so check the product page before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Just email us to start a return. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Orders & Payment

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, email us right away at support@shopeveez.com and we will do our best to update or cancel it before it leaves the warehouse.
